I saw these on a food-channel and they looked really delicious. They are called Xiao Long Bao from China and they are pretty popular. Most of good dumplings are made in Shanghai and Wuxi.
You want to visit the country because of these haha!...of course you just wanna try them :3 Or maybe perhaps you should make it your own, it can be tricky and hard but who knows? They may turn out good and taste great.
